I hope he will still be present when the lease on my new car expires, as I will return to him without hesitation. The first salesman I worked with briefly two years or so ago at the dealership inspired the same confidence in me, but one in between did not. Overall the dealership is excellent and Norm Cohen is as supportive and forthcoming as the very best. Also, I found the Mini branch here better than the Honda one at the same dealership, which I visited briefly and found to be more hard-sell. More

Great Experience! I originally bought a MINI at this dealership in 2013 and I returned to possibly upgrade to the new MINI Hardtop 4 Door. The online booking tool for appointments is very easy to use. The waiting area is comfortable with plenty of seating, WIFI, and complimentary beverages. The service door is difficult to find your first time to the dealership. The dealership is in a heavily congested area but the service staff seems to have a system that works. More
