He highly recommended that I make a "second date" with Chelsea, which I did. How could I say no to a "mini - genius?" Chelsea and I spent about an hour together going over all of the fine points of the entire dash display, plus phone, audio, particulars of iconography, all buttons, etc. I learned a great deal more than I ever had with my first mini. Chelsea also arranged to have my tires "reset" on the spot. She was clear, friendly, and smart. I'm even more pleased with my mini now than I was 2 weeks ago. This dealership thinks of everything! Unlike other dealerships, no one was pushy or sleepy. Everyone working there was so friendly and kind, truly determined to make your life easier. We found the perfect car, with the right color, model, miles, and year. Sam even took us out to test drive that night (because we were so excited). The price was already set, so we didn't have to worry about negotiating. The deal was set within two days and we are more than happy with our experience! More

Once a year for routine stuff and occasionally for something that comes up. Herb Chambers really has servicing customers figured out. From the time you pull in, they are focused on taking care of you and getting the job done. This attention to detail makes the inconvenience of a trip for service as pleasant as owning a cool Mini Cooper. Less frequently are the visits to the sales floor. Because purchasing or leasing a car is done so infrequently, it is so critical that the sales person walk the customer through the process and be a guide first, and sell down the list. That's how working with Norm is done. He explains the features of the current models, helps discuss the options (buy out at end of lease or new vehicle) and find what is right for me. And Norm and the Herb Chambers team handle the red tape and details of the transaction as smoothly. Instead of a traumatic end of lease vehicle inspection, Mark Landy gets the job done.
