The staff made my experience flow smoothly and not only answered questions I had, but also made suggestions and facilitated the process of securing both federal and state rebates for me. In particular, Sam Tutton, the sales associate who handled my lease, went far beyond the requirements of his job to research how I could manage to play library books on tape in the car even though this model doesn't include a CD player. And he found an out-of-state car in my preferred British Racing Green and arranged to have it transported to Boston for me. Best Experience ever I and my wife had a great experience with Mini Cooper Service. They did a fantastic job fixing our car. They were very efficient with time and polite.
