I went in to visit the Herb Chambers BMW/MINI dealer who had this lightly used vehicle. David Lopez could not have been more low pressure and devoid of the "cheesiness" you could get from salespeople. Just pleasant and knowledgeable. David even was brave enough to admit that Acura was not his expertise (since it was a trade-in), but never once even attempted to make-up an answer. David was great. The dealership was comfortable and interactions will super prompt by phone or email. Moustafa was also low pressure - giving advice but ultimately letting the consumer make the decision.
