When I wasn’t sure which variant of MINI I wanted he was more than happy to let me test drive various models with no pressure to buy or any attempt to upgrade me to a higher end model. Unlike past dealer experiences once I had made my choice and decided to pay in full there was no pressure to buy the car on a lease deal or credit, which I’m sure is better for the dealer. All in all a good, easy going car buying experience. More

As a musician, I have the need to bring equipment around with me often and my other experiments of getting my gear around just didn’t work out. My wife didn’t have a car for several years and recently, when her work situation changed, she needed to get a car. There was no question she was getting a Mini (based on the one I had previously owned) and she luckily met David at Herb Chambers Mini. I was so impressed with her car-buying process with David. I wasn’t even the one getting the car, but David was so knowledgeable and easy to work with; it was such a great experience. He stuck out as a great person to work with in what usually can be a stressful part of life. Fast forward a half-year later when I needed a new car. It wasn’t even a question. I wasn’t just going to head over to Mini; I was going to see David. He made it effortless to find the perfect car for me at the price I wanted (within one dollar of my target price!) and without any compromise! I truly got the perfect car for me! This is the guy you want to go to when looking for a Mini. I’m not the type to fill out forms, and also not the type to rave about car buying. But David has such a comfortable way about him that he’s made the whole process amazing and fun. And now me and my wife are proud to say that we’re a Mini family.
