I'd browsed the Mini showroom on my own (was asked if I would like help, but I'm a initial "I'm just looking" type.) When I went in the next time I was sure I wanted to buy, but had no previous experience with Mini (I'd been a VW owner for 20+ years). Brian could not have been more helpful, explained the options, took me on a test drive, and in general was not about pressure but about making sure I got what I wanted in my new car. He found one for me with the features I wanted and never came on heavy re options I wasn't really interested in. I arrived, test drove a few cars, and made the deal with Brian in one short afternoon. A week later, I picked it up and Brian made sure I knew how to operate it all. I drove off with smile on my face that returns every time I get behind the wheel of my new Mini. Brian's followed up a few times just to see that everything's going well. (I needed a notarized letter stating that my trade in still had my resident parking sticker attached in order to get a new sticker for the Mini. Brian took care of getting that letter, so now I'm all set with my new parking sticker ... above and beyond the call of duty!) More

The first time we went there, we didn't really find the right combination of a used Mini that was in our price range and met what we were looking for, but we left our information/desires with Brian and a month later we were able to come back and get one that was right what we were looking for. The process was very quick, no pressure, and everything ran on time and as promised. No surprises or ugly hiccups in paperwork or getting everything squared away as agreed to. The CPO and used car sales at Herb Chambers Mini are no-haggle pricing, and they were priced very reasonably at market value, which eliminates alot of back and forth as well. I would highly recommend both Herb Chambers Mini and Brian for good service. This place is far better than Mini of Peabody, which is a clown show. More
