When we were ready to chat, he was there, and helped us pick the mini that we wanted at the price that we wanted. The best part is that I didn’t feel like he was a sales person; he felt more as a friend helping us buy a car. Sure, that’s his job, but he was nothing like your typical sales person. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, and I felt like everyone was being honest. I honestly don’t know how I could ever go to another dealer. This was outstanding. The staff made my experience flow smoothly and not only answered questions I had, but also made suggestions and facilitated the process of securing both federal and state rebates for me. In particular, Sam Tutton, the sales associate who handled my lease, went far beyond the requirements of his job to research how I could manage to play library books on tape in the car even though this model doesn't include a CD player. And he found an out-of-state car in my preferred British Racing Green and arranged to have it transported to Boston for me.
