The show room is like being in a MINI dream and I was in heaven. The MINI was my dream car and I was so lucky to get David to help me make it the dream come true. We test drove several and when he finally discovered one that would be perfect for me, he let me leave! No pressure....when I came back the next day, he had the car for me to test drive, I filled out some paperwork and then he let me leave again! No pressure to sit there for hours while we go back and forth on price, extras, trade in, etc. I came back, signed all my paperwork with Moustafa, who was also a complete DELIGHT and then was able to leave with my DREAM CAR. The paperwork was easy to understand, transparent, concise and consumer-friendly. In the past, I was so confused and unsure of what I was agreeing to. Not here. Honesty and satisfaction seemed to motivate them. I loved David and cried when the car was officially mine and he was so happy for me. I said goodbye to everyone and was excited to be back there and could see myself only buying cars from David from now on....LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about this experience! Thank you! More
