After the sale he took the time to explain all the features of the car. When a small problem with the license plates arose, he didn’t make me wait at the shop but instead have me a loaner car and drove my MINI out to my house that evening. We had planned on visiting two other dealerships that day and cancelled both appointments because Sam made us feel so at ease. We were looking to lease at first before pivoting to a purchase and Sam was flexible, gave us all the options and let us decide. As a result, we bought a car with zero regrets, no second thoughts or buyer's remorse. And we love our Mini! I provided Sam the details on what I was looking for, what cars I had seen online, and he found some others that also fit my requirements. He was knowledgeable, had his own MINI so shared his experience, and was absolutely zero pressure. After I had decided on one, he worked with Moustafa and was able to get me great financing. It was such a great, easy, pleasant experience. I can confidently recommend Sam if you are looking for a MINI. More
