Both were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and patient as they worked the deal that was right for me answering all my questions throughout the transaction. In addition, Brian extended an invitation for me to call with any questions until I familiarized myself with my new car, and he went above and beyond to assist with my request for a feature not included in the original deal. The car originally agreed upon was located at another dealership and when Brian's team went to get it, it had been sold to someone else. So, we spent a lot of time trying to find the exact same set of options, etc, which was not easy because there was not a lot of inventory at the time and lots of options.. But Brian was able to put together a solution for us through a big effort involving creative selection of options. Great job. More
