I found my mini from a google search - certified pre-owned - and came in to test-drive it. I worked with Sam Hesketh-Tutton, who made the process super easy and fun! We test-drove my mini and I fell in love with it! He walked me through the process and within an hour, I was officially the new owner of a 2015 Mini Cooper! I noticed some dings in the side panel and bumper from the previous owner, so he agreed to have the bumper replaced and the scratches buffed out before I picked it up later that week! Overall, it was a great experience. Definitely ask for Sam if you're looking for a great experience buying a car - he really took great care to educate me about the ins-and-outs of my mini and was super patient answering all of my follow up questions.
