They know their clients because they live the Mini way I went to see a sales rep to check if I could renew my lease. David took care of me. He listened to my needs and even my life stories. He looked for a way to make it work for me and he exceeded all my expectations. That same night I was signing my new lease and left the next day with my new car. Mustafa was awesome, he made me feel like a person, like a valued customer and not just another client. Before I left the with my new mini David sat down with me in the car and explained how to operate all my “new features”, having been a mini owner for over 10 years. I can’t thank him enough. Professional,helpful, pleasure to work woth David was a wonderful salesman to work with. He was attentive to what he wanted in my mini, enabled me to test drive two different versions and was re David was a wonderful salesman to work with. When the Mini came in, he made the trade-in transition process very smooth and uncomplicated. I would definitely recommend David. When it came time to buy a new Mini, I was thrilled to have him as my salesman again. I cannot say enough about David's honesty, integrity, knowledge, patience, and warmth. On both occasions, I told David what I wanted to spend, and he showed me a good variety of cars within my price range. He does not try to oversell.
