I was absolutely blown away by the attention to my needs that Kate George showed. She is an absolute legend! The car was a present for New Year's eve, and Kate did everything possible, right from the day we placed the order, to make sure that I had the car in time and that the day was as special as could be. She kept me apprised of the car's whereabouts (from the factory floor, to the docks, through processing and to the dealership), and it made the process much more exciting. She has a very pleasant way about her and is a credit to the BMW/MINI brand. Thanks, Kate! David handled the delivery for us, and he is an absolute gentleman. He is extremely personable, and took great pains to explain all the features of the car and answer all our questions very competently. Thanks, David! More

One day, it was very busy and I came with short notice. I had come from work and Daivd gave me a slice of pizza while I waited. Fairly efficient, responsive and positive experience We had a very good experience at this dealership and were very happy with how things turned out. Worth the long drive Sam was able to get us a much better price than we were given in CT. So we took the 2.5 hour drive and it was worth it!! Sarah is a bright new star I bought my new MINI from Sarah Hunter. I wanted a particular set of combination of features. First, she contacted all the other MINI dealerships in t I bought my new MINI from Sarah Hunter. I wanted a particular set of combination of features. First, she contacted all the other MINI dealerships in the near vicinity to find what I needed. When that did not work out, she build one for me and processed it quickly and my new MINI arrived sooner than promised. After a few weeks of driving, I got back to her with a custom need and she immediately explored all possible options. She spent countless hours to make sure I was taken care of. I might buy a car from her again in the future! More
