David is more than a sales advisor. David was the perfect sales advisor for our family. I was looking for a car for my husband as he does not like buying cars. Indeed, my husband was l David was the perfect sales advisor for our family. I was looking for a car for my husband as he does not like buying cars. Indeed, my husband was leaning toward buying one online and getting it delivered sight unseen. This is something I could not imagine doing. Anyway, my husband wanted a mini 2-door hardtop but as a family we were waffling as we needed an AWD. David introduced me to the clubman, found me a great certified pre-owned one with low mileage, lots of bells and whistles and a great color. I was ecstatic even though it was not going to be my car. I think my supreme happiness got my husband a bit upset as he wanted that little mini even though he knew the AWD was super important. Making the situation tense and unpleasant, my husband said the clubman would be mine and he would take my acura since he could not get what he wanted. David advised that I bring my husband in since it really was supposed to be his car and that he felt my husband could not make an informed decision without a test drive. I cautioned David that it would not be fun. Anyway, to make a long story short, my husband test drove the clubman and the 2-door hardtop with David. David's non-pushy style and desire to make sure everyone was happy, especially my husband, worked. We got the clubman and my husband has warmed up to it so that he is driving it and loving it. I have to say, David is not only a good sales person but has potential as a marriage counselor!! More
