Matt my Service Representative was exception, where he identified the issue and determined it had to have happened due hitting something in the road. Due to his determination I was able to put in an Insur identified the issue and determined it had to have happened due hitting something in the road. Due to his determination I was able to put in an Insurance claim and the insurance adjuster agreed with Matt’s parts and services quote. Matt also arranged rides for me to and from Herb Chambers as well as offering me a free loaner car for the week. More
