The best thing about this dealership is Mark Ravin, the best technician ever. He treats me with respect and care. As far as the dealership goes, it is comfortable, with many tables and chairs to work at or best technician ever. He treats me with respect and care. Although I live in Peabody and have always had my Mini Cooper serviced there, I decided to go to Boston because there service special and “Value Service” offerings could save me a significant amount of mo Cooper serviced there, I decided to go to Boston because there service special and “Value Service” offerings could save me a significant amount of money. I first called Peabody Mini to make them aware of the cost difference but they were not interested in matching the prices. I was told that their dealership is not participating in the “Value Service” program that is offered through MINI USA Corporation. My service advisor at Herb Chambers, Mark, was wonderful. He explained everything thoroughly and my car was ready when promised. I was also told that my filters, which I thought were due to be changed, looked fine! It’s the first time I ever had a car serviced that the cost was LESS than I was expecting! My only concern was the difficulty I had in getting to speak to a service advisor to make my appointment. Whoever handles the calls to obtain the initial information did a rather poor job. It was only after the general manager took the call that I was finally connected appropriately.I now have Mark’s direct contact information so that should no longer be an issue for me. I will definitely return for future service as long as their prices remain competitive. More
