My experience was excellent from the moment I drove into the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I rece the dealer at Mini of Boston. Theo greeted me and made sure that he was prepared for the service. He offered me a ride, but I did not need it. I received a text with a video of what was going to be done. They called when the car was ready. I was able to keep my car at the dealer for an extra day, since I was not able to pick it up right away. I will definitely make the trip to Boston for service going forward. More

I had two burst tires, and they got me in, ordered me new tires and I was off to my next destination Mark and Sam are both professional, and prompt. As always exceptional service. They accommodated my urgent issue when I called that same morning and Theo kept me updated every step of the way. Even though it was a several thousa They accommodated my urgent issue when I called that same morning and Theo kept me updated every step of the way. Even though it was a several thousand dollar repair (which I expected given how serious the issue was) I left happy knowing it’s all fixed and on top of that it was all completed in 24 hours.
