Let’s start from the beginning. I have an appointment for an oil change. That’s the service required pop up in my mini. So because I will be in Boston, I have decided to go for the I have an appointment for an oil change. That’s the service required pop up in my mini. So because I will be in Boston, I have decided to go for the service at Herb Chambers mini of Boston. And one of my friend also recommended to go there. My appointment was today 09/08 at 10am. I got there. They took my car, plugged the key in the computer and then gave me 2 pieces of paper and told me to go to see the service advisor. So I went to the front and met with Samuel Dias. This when all of the xxxx up xxxxs happened. I sed down less than 10 seconds this guy start to throw numbers at me without even asking me what kind of car do I have because I guess he had that to pieces of papers. And I was confused at this time and I was trying to explain to him that I purchased this in May of 2023 and my car is brand new. There’s no way all of this problems coming up right now. He told me I need a brake fluids. I need all four breaks pads change and I might need a rotors. No hesitations oh all of this might come up to over $1000. And I was in shocked, and I was trying to explain to him again that my car is brand new and maintenance services should be free up until 32,000 miles, I bought it from Toyota why all of this problems happening right now, and this man having a the audacity to tell me to go back to the dealer that I bought it from and talk to them. He is totally disregard what I was telling about my car. And you know what xxxxed up thing is that the information that he had on that piece of paper it’s not even my information it was someone else information someone else car with 55,000 miles on it. I wasted my time go back-and-forth with this appointment because I left the dealer. I was the one to find out that the paper is not even my information so I have to go back. Service advisor. Don’t have no xxxxing clue what they were doing so y’all sitting there with a different person’s information and y’all still want to get money out of me. People that work there and the whole dealership is a bloodsuckers. Y’all care about nothing but money, y’all don’t care about what customer service is, y’all don’t care about nobody’s feeling but money. I will never step foot back in there ever again. I will take my business elsewhere, which is I did I bought my car from a different dealership because y’all are nothing but a puppets. More

Had an alternator replaced that cost around $2,270. After the repair, the mechanic told me my car looked great and I was super confident going back out on the road. The same problem occurred within a f After the repair, the mechanic told me my car looked great and I was super confident going back out on the road. The same problem occurred within a few weeks-the car going into limp mode on the highway- so I took it back to the dealership. I was told by the same mechanic the car was in terrible shape. The write up was so dramatic: the front crank seal was leaking oil, the engine ground was “very corroded almost ripped in two”, the micro filters were full of debris, the A/C belt was cracking, and a host of other problems with the oil filter housing gasket, not to mention the drive shaft. How he missed all of this when he let me pay for an alternator a few weeks before is beyond me. For my troubles, the manager, knowing I had returned without yet putting 1,000 miles on the car, let me have free spark plugs and a new park bulb and sent me on my way. The estimated damage was $5,785.23. So, I had to pay for an alternator in a car that they later deemed worthless and told me I was better off buying a new car there. Thanks for luring me into a false sense of security (and overcharging me), lying to me about the car being fixed, putting me in danger on the highway, and missing or else hiding the real problems. Had to buy another car elsewhere. More
