To take it one step further, Danny called the service dept. there and told them my problem. Needless to say, they were expecting me and my car was repaired promptly. Danny always makes sure that everything is fixed perfectly and follows up on all the little details. He certainly is an asset to your business! More

I called with an issue with paring my phone to my car. Danny went way out of his way to locate another 2007 ES350 on the lot so that he could help me over the telephone. I had heard that type of promise before from other Dealers when I was looking to purchase my Lexus and a day or two would go by before I received a return call. Danny called back in under 5 minutes just like he said. I was very impressed. Danny talked me through every part so that I would know in the future how to do this and told me if I had any issues to call him back. This is the type of service I have always received from this Lexus Dealer whenever I have had a problem or a question. I always recommend this Dealer when I have friends that are looking to purchase a car and I know my next vehicle will come from here as well. Lexus -- you employ fantastic people!! More
It is a pleasure to see Danny who is always upbeat and smiling. On this last visit, I had an out of warranty shock absorbers issue which he was able to get covered thru 'corporate'.
