Excellent service! Rich MacMillan was very attentive to my needs and got my car in and out of the shop in a timely fashion. I really appreciate the fact that the whole staff recognizes how valuable my time my needs and got my car in and out of the shop in a timely fashion. Awful service experience. The sales department will promise all sorts of things and the service department refuses them outright. The service consultant was very rude and unhelpful. They scratched up t promise all sorts of things and the service department refuses them outright. The service consultant was very rude and unhelpful. They scratched up the car during the first service and didn't even return our calls when we tried to complain. Summarily rejected all responsibility when we finally got to talk to them. Stay away from this place. More
