The service center is professional and customer focused from the time the service doors open to let you in until you leave after service is complete. His relationship with me was as professional, respectful and thorough as any dealer's service center that I have experienced. He gave me an estimated time and cost for the service to be completed and it happened just as he said. NO SURPRISES!!!!!!!!! Danny took the time to go through what service was provided and indicated anything that may need attention at my next visit. I didn't feel rushed out the door with Danny, just the opposite. I've owned a number of luxury cars and had them serviced at the dealers service centers. I can honestly say that my past experiences with service representatives does not come close to my experience with Danny Blinn. Since I started using Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon about five years ago I've noticed progressive improvement from very good to great in all those areas, with the biggest jump in the last two items above occurring with the addition of Danny Blinn. I'd worked with Danny at another Lexus dealer and was thrilled when I found he had moved to the one nearest me! He makes sure everything necessary is done (and done right) and what is not necessary is not done. Overall, I am very pleased with the care the whole team provides for my 2010 RX450h, especially since I keep my cars for at least 150,000 miles! More

Since 2004 Danny has gone over and above to resolve issues with my Lexus LS430. Just one example was in 2009. My briefcase was stolen with the second set of keys. Danny made sure the car was kept at the dealership. He provided me with a loaner. He made sure Lexus shipped out new locks. He kept me informed on the status in a timely manner. The matter was taken care of in a very efficient/professional manner. This time I called Danny in the morning for a service appointment. He asked me to bring the car in at 2.30p.m. the same day. He provide a loaner. He made note of the issues to be solved, oil/lube, swap to snow tyres. He kept me informed on progress, called me the next morning, the car was ready to be picked up. After he explained the details of work done/cost, I was told not to hesitate to call back if there was a problem with the car. Once again a very good experience. Rupert Rodrigues More
