Mark was outstanding thru our entire service experience - saving our sons 2007 Lexus Rx400h. He and the Parts and Service director went way beyond our expectations getting the SUV back on the road while Lexus Corporate Customer Satisfaction left us very DIS-satisfies. Mark’s professionalism, attention to detail, and super follow-up are part of what the Lexus brand is all about - Corporate should take note of how to keep very loyal customers coming back - they need only ask the Chambers dealership how to do service and customer service right. I tried to do service at Watertown location since it' I bought a NX200T from this Herb Chambers in Sharon a few months ago. Tracy Zhao sold me my car. I tried to do service at Watertown location since it's closer to me but the cleanest and friendliest got me coming back to Sharon. Service manager doesn't understand the meaning of customer s This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought th This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought the car to Herb Chambers to have it repaired. It's a 2015 RX with approximately 28,000 miles on it. My service advisor told me it would cost $250 to remove the radio so they could determine what was wrong. She said I must have pushed the button too hard and that's why it broke. She said it wasn't covered under warranty. I asked to speak with the service manager, Tina. Tina stated the same thing and would not cover the service under the warranty. I told Tina I would write a bad review and report it to Lexus. I then took the car to Lexus of Watertown and they fixed the problem which was covered under the warranty. I will never return to Herb Chambers Lexus! More
