I have to say by far this is my one and only dealership that I will ever service my vehicle at. The staffs as well as the technicians are knowledgeable and courteous with me and I have had the upmost care that I will ever service my vehicle at. This dealership guarantees me, to keep coming back for as many vehicles that I buy because of the staff. The parts department also gets praise as they keep me smiling every time I leave the dealership with a new part and never forget to return my calls. I made an appointment with Frank Cardinelli on Dec. 15th to have my SUV serviced as there was a warning light on my dash and I wanted it taken care of before the holidays. I went upstairs to have a cup of coffee and proceded into the showroom. What a pretty sight with all the white cars with red bows on top. There were two red suvs that really caught my eye. Mr. Williams approached me and we talked for awhile. He showed me all the new features that the 2011 had to offer. I was very much impressed by his manner and his knowledge of everything that I asked him about the new SUVs. Little did I know that I was going to be driving my xmas present home that night. When I decided to buy the SUV Mr. williams proceded to have the car ready with the transfer of plates, siminizing etc. He met me at that door the next morning to have the shield put on and sat with me most of the day explainning how to use the new toys in the car. Thank you Mr. Williams . I feel that if I need to know anything about my new SUV Mr. William would be there for me. Thank you Lexus. I would never buy another Vehicle other than a Lexus More
I was extremely disappointed in the way my problem with 2002 Lexus RX300 was handled. I bought this car from this dealership and with 99,000 it starting smoking upon start up. I brought the car in for evaluation after reading about the recall for sludge engines with this model. The recall was for unlimited miles and 8 years and 120 days. By the time I had brought the car in, I had owned it for 8 years 140 days. The "Official" diagnosis was that the sludge engine had nothing to do with the valve seals malfunctioning. I live 45 minutes from the dealership so after the warranty expired, I went to local shops to keep the car maintained. I provided copy of receipts of BETTER than owners manual recommended oil change maintenance. After having my car for 19 days with my calling the dealer 12 times with only 6 call backs,(3 after I told them to get my car ready for me to pick up)the best offer I had was to Split the cost of the repair. My 1/2 was to be $2300.00. I had it quoted a local repair shop and their price was 1/2 of my half. They worst part of the whole deal was i was told if I would continued to bring it them they would have "taken care of it". The bottom line is they don't stand behind the product they sell.I asked them to give me a quote on my trading my car in on a new car but after waiting 10 days with no response,that only after telling them I was done with them did I get a quote. They offered me a generous deal on a new car but I was so feed up with the service I just wanted my car back and be done with them. If I buy another Lexus ( I own 2 ) it won't be from this dealership. More

I hate the car buying experience. But my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus was the most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. Nathan Shorey (salesman) was great. Pricing was excellent and all options explained to me. I was shocked when he said go home and get your title and we will have the car ready when you get back. They took care of the registration and all paper work that day. When I returned, the car was ready and I drove off. Service appointments have been very easy. They ask when I want an appointment, and thats when it is. The service representatives are also very friendy and knowledgable. Work is always done quickly and the car returned washed and cleaned. I certainly would recommend this dealership and salesman to all my family and friends. I will not hesitate to return for my next car when the time arrives. More
I would rate the total sales and service as truly outstanding. My car is washed every saturday morning and I am totally satisfied with that service as well as service on my car, i.e changing snow tir outstanding. My wife and I both love to work with Holly. Getting your car serviced is always an inconvenience; much like going to a doctor, you have to drive there, then wait. However, Holly is so pleasant, competant, and customer-centric that bringing the cars in for service appointments takes almost all of the strain out of the process. We've come to totally rely on Holly for her expert knowledge and advice of what our cars need for servicing. And if Holly has a day off, Frank steps right in without missing a beat and takes great care of us. We are very pleased with the attention that both give us and our cars. More
My antenna had to be repaired and I was quoted 150.00. Dealer stated was partially fixed and I had to return. Upon return they charged my 350.00 more than was quoted. My dealings with all personnel (sales & service)has been nothing but a positive experience and I haven't had any reservations about referring this dealership to any of my family or friends. Their new facility in Sharon is quite a place. I enjoy the fact that they have a great waiting area (comfortable chairs), big screen TV, childrens' facilities where you can view your child while playing and if you are hungry, an assortment of different beverages, wrap sandwiches, muffins, danish pastry, etc. All in all, I will continue to purchase from Herb Chambers not just for the perks but to know that I have a reputable dealer, excellent cars and most of all the care that both the sales people and service people provide to me .....
