RJ Graf Parts manager was incredible in helping solve a problem. He went beyond his job and made a horrible experience at the Lexus in Watertown to a pleasurable experience at Sharon. Have owned 5 Lexus vehicles and frank Cardinale has provided exceptional service to my cars for more than a decade. There are Lexus dealers closer to my home, but I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else provided exceptional service to my cars for more than a decade. This is the second time Danny helped me and did a very good job. Just came in for an oil change but they notice the battery was weak, so I'm glad they notice it while at dealer and not on the side of the good job. I had a problem with my vehicle, the check engine light came on and the vehicle was only running on reduced power. I called Danny immediately, he suggested I have the car brought in right away which I did came on and the vehicle was only running on reduced power. I called Danny immediately, he suggested I have the car brought in right away which I did and Danny had a loaner car waiting for me when I arrived. Danny brought my vehicle back to me at my office but unfortunately it did the same thing on my way home from work. Danny met me at work the next morning and picked up the car. Danny with the help of the Lexus tech team were able to find the problem and get my within a couple of days. He test drove the vehicle to make sure it was fixed before giving it back to me. Danny could not have been more accommodating to help me through this situation. He really tries to make my sure I am inconvenienced as little as possible. I have had nothing but great service since Danny has become my service representative. I recommend Danny and the dealership to all my family and friends. More

After breaking down in the middle of the night and having my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny contacted me as soon as he got into work the next day and bent over backwards my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny contacted me as soon as he got into work the next day and bent over backwards to assure that my car would get back to me fast and that I wasn't inconvenienced in the meantime. Danny had someone come to pick me up at work and take me to the dealership so that I could have a loaner car for the rest of the day. Danny made sure to explain what work needed to be done to the car and got the work done so I could pick up my car the following day. All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to working with Danny in the future. More
