Danny has been an awesome service representative on my visits to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. Not only is he cheerful and informative, he arranged a loaner for the day for me AND filled my car's gas tan visits to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon. Not only is he cheerful and informative, he arranged a loaner for the day for me AND filled my car's gas tank! He's a credit to the organization and restores one's faith in good old customer service! I give him my highest recommendation. Note: I checked "N/A" for the Price category above because my visit was for work under a recall notice (and totally free!) More

We just recently bought a new Lexus at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. This was not the Lexus dealership we had normally gone to. When picking up the new car, we decided to have some service work done o Lexus of Sharon. This was not the Lexus dealership we had normally gone to. When picking up the new car, we decided to have some service work done on an older Lexus we own, at their service department. We were very happy to see that Danny Blinn was one of the service representatives. We had worked with Danny at another Lexus dealership for many years, and are very happy to have found him again. I am originally from Massachusetts but currently live in Portland, Oregon. I bought a Lexus RX 350 in September of 2013. I was looking for clarification regarding some questions I had about service intervals , and fuel grade and was getting mixed answers from my local dealer. I called Herb Chambers and Danny Blinn answered the phone. Danny was terrific. Not only did he answer my questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, but he encouraged me to call him any time. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle through Herb Chambers and I live over 3000 miles away. Danny is awesome. I highly recommend him. More

The service center is professional and customer focused from the time the service doors open to let you in until you leave after service is complete. The experience is outstanding and I was treated as if I from the time the service doors open to let you in until you leave after service is complete. The experience is outstanding and I was treated as if I was the only customer they had. Danny Blinn was outstanding. His relationship with me was as professional, respectful and thorough as any dealer's service center that I have experienced. He gave me an estimated time and cost for the service to be completed and it happened just as he said. NO SURPRISES!!!!!!!!! Danny took the time to go through what service was provided and indicated anything that may need attention at my next visit. I didn't feel rushed out the door with Danny, just the opposite. I've owned a number of luxury cars and had them serviced at the dealers service centers. I can honestly say that my past experiences with service representatives does not come close to my experience with Danny Blinn. I live on Cape Cod and travel 90 minutes each way to have my vehicle serviced. The most important reason why is Danny Blinn. More

Danny is very knowledgeable and can help you no matter how big or small your vehicle problem may be. When there is a problem Danny will research,figure it out and get your car back asap.
