I met Danny Blinn in 2009 when I purchased my first Lexus in Northboro. Danny is the most professional service consultant I have met and have had the pleasure of working with. Recently my husband dropped his vehicle off for service, picked up a loaner and when his vehicle was finished he told Danny he was in a rush to get to a meeting and Danny was waiting for him with the vehicle as he pulled in. After a discussion about an appraisal for my vehicle, I agreed to have one done, Nancy introduced me to Rob William approached by Nancy Cunningham. After a discussion about an appraisal for my vehicle, I agreed to have one done, Nancy introduced me to Rob Williams who completed my experience. It was a very "no pressure and pleasant" experience. We discussed what I liked about my current Lexus and what kind of car I my be interested in purchasing. Needless to say, I am now the proud owner of a new 203 Lexus 450H. In all the years I have been bringing cars in for service appointments I can honestly say that my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon has been by far the best. He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! As I said earlier, he is awesome. I am driving my second Lexus purchased at Herb Chambers and I anticipate many more years of Lexus driving through this dealership and I am hoping Danny is there for every mile! More
