Awesomeness! I bought a NX200T from this Herb Chambers in Sharon a few months ago. Tracy Zhao sold me my car. I tried to do service at Watertown location since it' I bought a NX200T from this Herb Chambers in Sharon a few months ago. Tracy Zhao sold me my car. I tried to do service at Watertown location since it's closer to me but the cleanest and friendliest got me coming back to Sharon. Bumped into my sales girl and she was still the happy go lucky and didn't tried me like a number. Thanks so much for the buying experience! More

Service manager doesn't understand the meaning of customer s This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought th This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought the car to Herb Chambers to have it repaired. It's a 2015 RX with approximately 28,000 miles on it. My service advisor told me it would cost $250 to remove the radio so they could determine what was wrong. She said I must have pushed the button too hard and that's why it broke. She said it wasn't covered under warranty. I asked to speak with the service manager, Tina. Tina stated the same thing and would not cover the service under the warranty. I told Tina I would write a bad review and report it to Lexus. I then took the car to Lexus of Watertown and they fixed the problem which was covered under the warranty. I will never return to Herb Chambers Lexus! More

Patrick and Dan do not meet expectations – they EXCEED them! I had another great experience at Herb Chambers Lexus when my RX was recently in for service. Patrick was my adviser whom I know well however at the l I had another great experience at Herb Chambers Lexus when my RX was recently in for service. Patrick was my adviser whom I know well however at the last moment I could not make the appointment so my wife volunteered to bring the RX in for its scheduled service and detailing. Although she had never been in before she told me that Patrick and the Service manager Dan treated her with complete warmth, as you would an old friend. She got written up immediately – quickly got into a new Lexus loaner car and returned with all the work completed perfectly and after the detailing the 39,000 mile SUV looked like new again. As always everyone here is very professional and helped us every step of the way. Patrick and Dan do not meet our expectations – they EXCEED them!! I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More
