After breaking down in the middle of the night and having my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny contacted me as soon as he got into work the next day and bent over backwards my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny contacted me as soon as he got into work the next day and bent over backwards to assure that my car would get back to me fast and that I wasn't inconvenienced in the meantime. Danny had someone come to pick me up at work and take me to the dealership so that I could have a loaner car for the rest of the day. Danny made sure to explain what work needed to be done to the car and got the work done so I could pick up my car the following day. All in all it was a great experience and I look forward to working with Danny in the future. More

Thank you Danny for a great service experience! I brought my Lexus HS 250 in for it's regular service. Danny setup the service and sent me to the cafe to relax while my car was taken car of. I just finished my breakfast while working on your WIFI and the service was complete. When I went down to get my car it was also washed and vacuumed!
