He always returns calls promptly, makes sure i know exactly what is going on and how long a service will take and really goes the extra mile to find a solution to a problem. ( I just want to point out that there are very rarely problems!) I recently had an annoying rattle in the rear of my GX and I couldn't figure out what it was. Danny was right on top of it! He drove the car, rode in back to hear the noise better and never gave up until the problem was solved! Recently my car was rear ended by another driver. Danny and I decided to wait until I got back from vacation before repairs would be started. I didn't even get a chance to call Danny, he called me to schedule the appointment! I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Lexus for 9 years and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 wee and today's experience was just another of many positive experiences I have had at the dealership. I brought my car in for it's regular service 2 weeks ago when I met my new Service Consultant Danny Blinn. After completion of the service, which was excellent in all categories, Danny noticed a spot about the size of a half dollar on my rear driver's door. The spot has been there for over two years and I was previously told it couldn't be buffed out. Danny said it could be buffed out and to bring the car back in a week or two at my convenience and he would have it taken care of, no charge. I brought the car in this morning and 45 minutes later the door was as good as new. My car is back to "show room" condition. The work was absolutely perfect and I couldn't be more pleased. I have dealt with many people in this dealership from all departments and I have never received anything less than exemplary service, courteous exchanges and a group of people who want too solve any issues you may have. They won't stop until you're completely satisfied and based on my last two visits with my new Service Consultant Danny those positive experiences will continue. More
