I had a motor replace under warranty for my trunk less than a year ago. The motor popped and I had a problem trying to get it fixed with other service advisors. I called to speak to Mr. Chambers and his secretary, very helpful, spoke to Tina the manager of the dealership in Sharon, MA. I met with Tina and Danny and they said they would do their best to take care of all my problems. Danny kept in touch with me through out the whole repair and let me know that they were going to do body work because the trunk was not aligned correctly. I had some water seepage in the trunk and they took care of all the problems. Danny arranged to have a beautiful courtesy vehicle for me to use while my car was being serviced. He notified me when my car was repaired and also gave me extra service by having it thoroughly detailed upon my arrival. I did not recognize my car it looked so good! Danny was very professional, always greeted me with a warm smile and was extremely friendly. The experience Danny gave to me was impeccable. I will be referring Danny and Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon to my friends and family for any service they will need in the future. I have been using this dealership since I bought my Lexus and Danny has been the best service advisor out of all the advisors I dealt with. I would give this dealership the highest rating of a "10" for all of the above. More
My GS350 was at the dealership for 16 days. Your techs couldn't Identify the issue. They ended up replacing the transmission. I wanted to let you know that this gentleman is a huge asset to your team and if you had more professionals like Danny your business would be even better. I felt very comfortable working with Danny and when I buy my next Lexus from Herb,and after this experience I will be buying it from you guys, I will only do so if Danny handles my car. You should consider your company very fortunate to have him working for you. Lexus of Northboro is 10 miles away and after my experience with Danny I wouldn't even consider visiting their lot. The only reason I rate Herb Chambers with 5's is because Danny Blinn is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 5. He used to manage my service at Lexus of Northborough, but I lost track of him when he left that de because Danny Blinn is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 5. I now live in New Canaan, Connecticut, a three hour drive from Herb Chambers of Sharon. But Danny is worth the trip . . . treat him well because he will retain customers for you as he has me. I started going here expecting to be over paying for service I could easily get somewhere else and to constantly be talked into paying more money for unnecessary expenses. This purchase is our first experience with Lexus and a Herb Chambers dealership. We were very impressed with the sales staff, but was even more impressed that the friendly, knowledgable, professional and Herb Chambers dealership. We believe that is where these qualities are most important. Once the vehicle is purchased, the owner will be at the mercy of the service department. We saw all those wonderful awards for great service on display and wondered if they were just props or if they were actually earned. We were having motion sensors installed per our sales agreement. Danny Blinn would be our first experience with Lexus and Herb Chambers service department. Danny welcomed us just like we were long lost friends. He was interested in us, as "friends" as we'll as customers. Since we were NOT there for problems, we discussed our purchase experiences, why we select a Lexus etc. He gave us a complete history about Lexus in general and Herb Chambers of Lexus in particular. He told us what to expect from the manufacturer and all Lexus Dealerships. Since we had owned our new Lexus for only a couple of days, we had several questions. He answered everyone, without hesitation. Danny proved to us that He knew his product in and out. He took the time to explain everything to us and left us extremely satisfied and sure that we made the right decision about our purchase. The installation process took around two days. Danny provided us with a loaner car, called us with updates on how it was progressing along and had them fix a few small details we asked about. We arrived when the work was done and our car was sparkling clean, ready and waiting for us. Danny Blinn did what he said he would do, and then, when we picked the car up, he said what he did.
