Tutorial Although I purchased my Lexus 350RX in May, for a variety of reasons we just got around to doing the tutorial today. Salesman/ teacher Chris Anderson Although I purchased my Lexus 350RX in May, for a variety of reasons we just got around to doing the tutorial today. Salesman/ teacher Chris Anderson was outstanding! First of all, he was hindered by having to communicate via FaceTime He demonstrated extreme patience dealing with two senior citizens who are far from being tech-savvy. He also demonstrated a high level of knowledge not only about the RX But also about the technology. He kept things light with no pressure. Additionally, he was able to “dumb it down” to our level. We find him to very personable and working hard to please. We’re hoping he stays at Herb Chambers a long time so we can deal with him again. We would definitely recommend him!!! More

Pacheco a true Professional I was getting my car serviced and while waiting in the cafe I had a couple of questions and asked Amy who works in the sales / service department who I was getting my car serviced and while waiting in the cafe I had a couple of questions and asked Amy who works in the sales / service department who she recommends I work with I had a couple questions about the differences from my current Lexus model to the new one. She recommended Nick Pacheco a fine young gentleman who has complete knowledge of everything Lexus related a utter professional not your typical salesman.
