Hopefully on my next visit, there will be more staff helping at drop offs. I understand due to the pandemic they may be understaffed right now. Luckily, people were returning the loaners at the time otherwise I would be waiting at the dealership for about 5 hours! I had the opportunity to drive the NX base model and some of the features I very much like, however, I wish Lexus kept the 2016 interior (i.e. touch pad or navigator). I love the memory seat and lumbar support as well as the auto-close mirrors (maybe they only applies to SUVs?). Last thing, for oil changes, it would be very helpful if someone could print out a MPI sheet just to go over what's good and what needs to be aware of for the customers. But, if the advisor is not available at the time of pickup, at least the customer will have the sheet to reference. More
