In for an oil change on my LS430, I was told I needed front & rear brake pads & rotors at a cost of over $1400. I declined. I took the car elsewhere to get a second price & leavened that my rear brakes More

There was no miscommunication. I was told clearly that I needed pads & rotors & that front pads had 1mm thickness. Do your service people work on commission?

Service dept is a big rip off. They charge you a crazy fee just to look at it not fix it. Their “diagnostics” is a joke. They only told me what I already knew. More
