A true, customer oriented professional who is highly knowledgeable and always ready to help. I have owned other luxury brands (MB and Audi), but no other service department has ever excelled like this one in Sharon. Called Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon due to a check engine light condition. Received an appointment for 2 hours later.
