As always Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon Service Department comes through. I hit a pothole and my run flat tire wouldn't get me to the dealer so my car was towed up to the dealer and my Service Con Department comes through. I hit a pothole and my run flat tire wouldn't get me to the dealer so my car was towed up to the dealer and my Service Consultant, Eric Castillo, was on top of everything. He let me know when the car arrived and then what the problem was. Since I had purchased the tire package when I bought the car so the bulk of the service was covered. I am always impressed with how expediently they get my car service done and great communication. More
