I have been servicing my car here since 2017. When dealing with Eric, if all is fine then the interaction is fine. For over 2 years Ive been hearing an intermittent noise when applying on the bra When dealing with Eric, if all is fine then the interaction is fine. For over 2 years Ive been hearing an intermittent noise when applying on the brakes and each time I brought it in to ask about it nothing was found. Even leading up to driving to the dealers I heard the noise but they still couldnt identify it. All while the car was still under warranty. After the warranty is up they miraculously find the noise. It just seemed too much of a coincidence so I called to see if there was anything done differently to identify the noise. So I call to ask about that and without hearing what I had to say, eric cuts me off trying to talk over me and it wasnt even about what I was trying to say. I was just curious and hes responding as if I was personally attacking him. This is not the first time he responded this way to me. It is not ok. There is no need for rudeness on such a matter. More
