I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership over the last 10 years but what keeps me coming back is the service department! I have had very little problems with any of my cars and when I have a problem last 10 years but what keeps me coming back is the service department! Service at this dealership has severely declined. I bought a 40K SUV with 12,000 miles on it and paid 3K for a warranty, when I went in for my first maintenance at 18,000 miles, I was charged $177. P I bought a 40K SUV with 12,000 miles on it and paid 3K for a warranty, when I went in for my first maintenance at 18,000 miles, I was charged $177. Previously I had bought an Es 350 with 20,000 miles and my first two maintenance appointments were free of charge. Also, I recommended this dealership to a friend of mine who has since bought two vehicles there and also had free maintenance for his first two times, and the last one he bought was pre-owned with 50,000 miles on it. I was told my warranty was for computerized components and I did not buy the extended warranty to cover service. In the past neither my friend or I had to purchase an extended warranty for the first couple of service appointments. They were complimentary. This is just another example of how the average consumer is suffering from the excessive inflation in these times while big businesses pass on their increased expenses to those consumers who have no way of passing their expenses on to anyone else. I live out of state from this dealership and drive about a half hour to get there,and do not see any reason for continuing to buy or service my vehicles there anymore. More
I had my 2021 RX450h serviced recently. The overall experience was good. However, the cleaning job done as part of the service was less than perfect. More
