The customer service at Lexus of Sharon is outstanding! I originally had my car serviced at Lexus of Sharon after purchasing from them. My car battery went dead. I had it jump started by AAAand then called Herb Chambers Lexus where I bout my car in 2020. I said I knew that but the part haven’t been available . He informed me that the parts were in and said he would have the recall done today. . I needed a new battery on my 4 year old car. They even washed the car and wiped down the inside.. this is the second car I have bought from Herb Chambers Lexus. More

My wife recently had all the dashboard lights illuminate on her dashboard. She drives a 2022 Lexus RX 450HL. We had her car towed to the dealership by Lexus Roadside Assistance. Ronni our service consultant called me and said they had to replace the battery and a rodent had eaten some wiring. She suggested contacting our insurance company because it was going to be expensive. I’m glad she suggested that. Ronni dealt with the insurance claims adjuster, We didn’t have to do anything she took care of it all. We were also having a problem with the rear liftgate. They had to order parts to repair that. Ronni always stayed in touch with us through the insurance claims process. She gave us a loaner vehicle to use. Ronni is the best!
