I bought the car through them, with Amanda’s help, even though she wasn't technically getting anything out of it. I was so impressed with Robert and Tim. They worked tirelessly to get me into a 2008 Lexus 400h. Being financially challenged at the moment they went above and beyond. This is my 4th RX350 that I have purchased from Herb Chambers Lexus since June, 2006. After my unsatisfactory experience in purchasing my last RX350 when the Sales Consultant and Sales Manager would no Chambers Lexus since June, 2006. This time I decided to go a different route by using the Car Finder. By doing that it brought me to Danielle Brown who set up an appointment for me to come up from Cape Cod the following Sunday. During the week I was sent several vehicles to choose from when I finally found my new 2013 RX350 in Claret Mica with the options I wanted I was introduced to Robert Williams. I wish I had Robert on my last purchase. I'm very happy with my new RX350 and was surprised that Robert got it ready for me to take it home. More

After I accepted the deal over the phone/email; no answer from them. Then another manager called me saying that they was a miss-communication on their end. A new low even for a car sales people that already have a pretty bad reputation. I will never consider buying from this dealer; an oral offer is just as valid as a written one. More

Based on the amazing experience we had with Sam Li in Sales, I put some heavy thought into getting a Lexus myself. A few months later we called Sam and he was happy to make an appointment with us to test drive a 2012 IS250 and a 2013 ES350. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the pros and cons while driving each model so we could make an educated decision on what was best for us. We decided on the ES350 and were able to take it home that same day, which was amazing and unexpected. Sam gassed up the car and walked me through personalizing my settings so I would be good to go. He even threw in a free Lexus mug and pen for me and my partner. Everyone in this dealership made me feel comfortable throughout the buying process, and their showroom is spotless. I never felt like anyone was being pushy, and the price was very fair--especially for a brand new, redesigned 2013 model that had just been unloaded from the truck the night before. This dealership is top notch and a big part of that is due to their decision to have great sales consultants like Sam Li. More
