I am originally from Massachusetts but currently live in Portland, Oregon. I bought a Lexus RX 350 in September of 2013. Not only did he answer my questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner, but he encouraged me to call him any time. Even though I did not purchase the vehicle through Herb Chambers and I live over 3000 miles away. Danny is awesome. I highly recommend him. More

The service center is professional and customer focused from the time the service doors open to let you in until you leave after service is complete. when i arrived the service was prompt and check in was easy. I was able to relax and have something to eat while waiting. my car was ready as promised and Danny came to find me as i was talking to a sales easy.
