Sam Prusak was great to work with when I traded my Lexus for a 2014. I was at HC for routine maintenance on my former Lexus. IDuring our the wait time he showed me how great the new RX350 really is. We took our 2010 RX 350 in for service at Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon and as we waited for our vehicle we were asked if we wanted to explore the possibility of a new 2014 RX 350. Since we were extremely happy with the 350, which we had purchased from this dealership, we decided to check it out. We were introduced to Sanjay Khairmode, a very polite, affable , and knowledgeable salesman. While we wanted to explore the purchase of the vehicle, Sanjay took the time to explain the possibility of leasing as well. We looked at the numbers from a number of views, and Sanjay patiently helped us look at different scenarios. While he didn't have to "sell" us on the car, since we loved the 2010, he pointed out the new features found on the 2014. We finally decided to lease the 2014, and we thought the exact car was in the inventory, it turned out that is was "on its way". Sanjay kept us informed every day as to the whereabouts of the car, and answered every question we had. When signing the paperwork, we worked with Tricia Jarvis, who explained the financial aspects of the deal, and also the various add-ons that were available. No sales pressure whatsoever, just a professional presentation, a pleasure to deal with. We could not have had a better experience. Omar turned out to be a big improvement over any previous car salesman. Not only was he knowledgeable and helpful with the company's inventory but we also looked at other slightly used GXes on the internet from competitors to see if there was another that they could bring in for me. We finally narrowed it down to a very acceptable version on the floor that I could take right away. I got a fair deal and am confident that the ongoing support will be great.
