Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon

This is our second Lexus purchase and the First with Herb Champers Lexus in Sharon. We took delivery of a 2010 RX in late January. After going through a horrible 3 days from our first dealer located on the North Shore IRA, both my husband and I wanted to make sure that everything the Herb Chambers team presented to us was true. It is now almost May and I am delighted to write for all to read that my (our) experiences at Herb Champers were and have been fantastic. After being greeted at the front door, we were introduced to our salesmen (DOUG MONIZ). Doug helped us feel very comfortable, showed us around the Lexus Superstore in Sharon, offered us beverages and food in a very warm and relaxed atmosphere. I informed Doug what I wanted and that I will be trading my Lexus RX 350 2008 early. I told him and his General Manager of the harassing phone calls from IRA Lexus to my elderly husband and myself. All I wanted was to get into a 2010 model from a 2008 model not get into arguments, disagreements and yelling matches as IRA did to us! Within 1 hour of talking, Doug had found the exact car with some great extras at a price that I was comfortable to pay. Just like that the purchase of a new car was done! Words cannot tell you how thrilled I was having the entire BS eliminated from lengthy speeches that mean nothing. Our initial introduction was on a Monday; on Wednesday we picked up my car “ a black RX with many options at a price lower then IRA quoted me. To my surprise and later to my enthusiasm they put on the car, a protective sealant at no cost, all I had to do was enjoy a complimentary lunch as they were applying this. I live on the North Shore, buying a car local sounds like a good idea but after this purchase I can only tell people to go the extra mile; go to Sharon to find your car. It is well worth a drive to check out the Herb Chambers Lexus dealership you have heard about! Right around the corner is Gillette Stadium and Patriot place… After you purchase your car or have service done you can always end up there to kill sometime. Well worth the trip Toni` C More

I shopped 3 Lexus dealers. I found the best value at Herb Chambers. They gave me the best value for my trade along with the best price for my new vehicle. I am prepared to walk away if the deal is not in my strike zone. I walked away a few times from my local Lexus dealer. HC's new facility is incredible. It is hard to believe I would find a good value with all that overhead. Their selection is huge for both used and new vehicles. There is no comparison with the other dealers. Rocco, the sales person and Tom, the sales manager were great. The entire site does a great job with service. The person working the snack area was willing to stay past her shift to make sure I had something to eat and drink if I wanted it. I would definately buy another vehicle from HC's. It was worth the extra drive. If you shop there - ask for Rocco!! More
