Salesperson knew I was interested in buying IS-250 model and since there was not any other car to match our needs, he took time to show and test drive ES-350 also explaining that I might like it more. Next day the IS-250 I liked was available and Jamin called me at once. I came back and he took some extra time to show all the car features and to do test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car. He also returned all my calls promptly after I bought the car and answered all the questions I had. It is been a month since I bought the car. Today I called Jamin because I have issue with one of headlights. (Sometimes it is not lighted when I am getting out of the car at night,) He was very polite and told me to watch how it acts for a little longer and if I still have this problem to call service and they will definitely take care of it. I did not have any previous experience with Herb Chambers service, but hope it will go well whenever I need it. More
