The pleasure of working with this dealership begins at the entry. I was met by a very friendly and supportive receptionist. W/Out any delay, I was able to test drive 2 vehicles w/ different options. Mr. Al-Haq provided me with all the relevant information and promo materials and a price quotation. The very next day, I received a follow-up call from Mr. Charles Saghbini, Sales Manager. He followed up with an e-mail message containing additional information and an updated price quotation, which was fair but not quite to my liking. The negotiations continued in the most polite and constructive manner and in 2 days we came to an agreement, I came to the dealership again, signed all the necessary paper and a day later I drove out from the dealership in a new Lexus. Mr. Al-Haq and Eric Coggins, Financial Services Director politely offered a few additional options but there was not any pressure on their part. Mr. Al-Haq spent about an hour with me explaining various quite sophisticated options of the new car prior to my departure from the dealership. In sum, the car is wonderful, price is good, and service has been outstanding. More

He worked off and on for about three to four days exploring every possible option for me. Again, with honesty, patience and kindness. I ended up buying a Lexus ES330 and could not be more thrilled.
