After a complete tour of the facility, which is quite amazing, Spero and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for and why, how I liked to do business and the fact that I didn't have a lot of free time to spend on the process. Special ordered car from Spero in late August/early September. Picked up car on December 15th, 2012. Car delivered as ordered. Spero provided great customer service. Explained options on the car, helped set up the electronics of the navigation system and other technical features of the RX. He did a great job of estimating the time between placing the order and actual receipt. At time the order was placed, Spero estimated the car would reach the US port on November 30th and would be at the dealership one week later. We targeted picking up the car on December 15th. The timing was critical since we live in Roanoke, Virginia and were coming up to spend the holidays with my daughter who lives in North Attleboro, MA. Our daughter was buying our old RX. Our plan was to drive the 2008 RX up to MA and drive the new one home. I asked that tires with rim protectors be swapped for the normal tires and Spero made this happen. Also there was an issue with the hitch not being installed either at the manufacturer or at the port which is significantly less costly than having the hitch installed at the dealership. Spero went to bat for us and made sure the hitch was installed at the port with a last minute request to the manufacturer. The dealership also was very helpful in that they purchased my daughter's 2003 RX for a reasonable price which helped her to be able to buy our 2008 RX. Spero worked with us on clarifying temporary plates which helped me with the VA DMV. I would by another car from Spero. More

She set me up with a Consultant who was really knowledgable even though I wasn't buying a new Lexus. I never planned on visiting a Lexus dealership but they happened to have an F350 on their lot and I had been looking for one for my new business. Everyone I met was nice and I was surprised because I thought since I was buying a used Ford truck that I wouldn't get the same treatment as the Lexus buyers, I was wrong. They were beyond helpful and nice to me. The dealership is huge and I even got to have lunch at their cafe while I waited for my truck to be ready.
