It is with great pleasure that I write this review on my recent experience at Herb Chambers Lexus. Rob was a delight to work with and made my experience in purchasing a new vehicle relaxing and rewarding. At no time did I feel pressure as I have experienced at other dealerships. I enjoyed the atmosphere at Herb Chambers and friendliness exhibited by Rob as well as everyone! Rob was professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He went beyond the call of duty in introducing me to my new car. Rob provided a tour of the dealership and introduced me to many of the employees. Walking into Herb Chambers Lexus I was treated like royalty. I was asked by many people if needed anything water, snack. Everyone was so plesant. They were knowlegable about their cars and products. I have to say our total experience with Herb Chambers was excellent. Our sales consultant Ming Sam Li was superb. He is a shining example of excellence for Herb Chambers. After the deal was made and we were outside he took his time in explaining all of the features to our new car, and it was late in the evening! We didnt feel rushed or pushed out the door.
