My colleague, who happens to live in the western part of the state of MA, told me that his parents and aunt bought vehicles from Herb Chambers Sharon because they simply provided excellent service and gave them the best deal. On that recommendation alone, I decided to drive to the dealership the following day for the test drive. I had an exceptional experience with this dealership. EVERYONE was extremely nice, very service orientated and there was no-pressure at all. I was fully educated during every step of the process, received contact information if I had additional question, received informative responses and I felt like a trusted partner rather than just another sale. I had the car purchased within 4 days, they gave me great value for my trade-in, I was very pleased with their price - on a 2010 Lexus RX 350- and they even drove the car up to me in NH for delivery. From the moment we walked into the dealership it was a great experience. The sales person I worked with was Chris Essor and he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He listened carefully to what I was looking for and then we took a test drive. He worked hard to find me the car I wanted and I left the price negotiation feeling that I got a good deal with all the extras I wanted. The remainder of the process went well and Chris even offered to deliver the car the following day to my home. I love my new car and have told everyone about my experience at Herb Chambers Lexus and my salesperson, Chris Essor.
