Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon

I live about 1 hr away from Herb Chambers Lexus but I soon found out it was well worth the trip! The building was so clean and everyone was so nice, and without the confidence of everyone and all their h soon found out it was well worth the trip! Both my husband and I were in seperalty to look at cars. We were treated so nicley by reception and then to a sales person. We were also introduced to the managment team. We will be back to buy a used car for him next year when he is ready to drive. We are also very pleased with the price that we paid and our payments are where they need to be. Originally I was in the market for a used RX 350. I was considering anywhere from a 2006 through 2009. Drove a few that were in awesome condition. Felt like new even though they were older and had between 29,000 and 49,000. Our salesperson was Les VonPongracz. (Have to write this, "with Les is more!") My husband was pushing for me to buy or lease new. I stated how I really wanted to go with used, didn't want to spend the money for new, nor did I feel like I needed a new car. I liked the features of the old models, they handled great, looked great and were just what I wanted. Long story short. After considering all the options I decided to go with new. The lease deal on the new one was just too good to pass up. So my biggest decision was now what color. Crazy how tough that decision was but to make it easier for me, Les found the 3 colors that I liked, lined them up side by side and just stood back while I made my decision. After my decision was made, papers signed etc., Les made it even easier and agreed to deliver my new car to my home the next evening to save me from having to travel back to Sharon. We have owned/leased Lexus in the past. Love them! I would highly recommend buying/leasing a car from Herb Chambers Lexus and if you want a guarantee that the experience will be nothing but positive ask for Les. More

I had shopped around and found the Lexus RX350 was the best bang for my buck. I was driving a Volvo XC 90 loved it so it took a bit of pursuation to move into a different type of car. Tim was able to get me a great lease price with a palatable down payment. I must of gone to the dealership 4 times to pick a color, so many decisons so many options, Tim was very patient! I picked the black with tan interior let me tell you I love it and so don't my young adult and teenage daughters. Purchasing the right car takes time when I left the dealership in my new Lexus I knew I had made the right decision and Tim won me over to Lexus. More
