I wanted to express my sincerest apologies that you were not pleased with your visit. This certainly was not our intention or how we attract clients to our dealership. I thoroughly reviewed our notes on your visit and spoke to all concerned. Any slow service, while unacceptable, was probably the result of you visiting on a Saturday, our busiest day of the week. This is no excuse by any means; I just want you to know that’s not normally how things are done here. The second concern you had was regarding price. I regret that we were not able to agree to terms when you were here with us. Regardless, it would be our pleasure to service your new Lexus. This would of course include the use of our Loaner Car with any extended service, breakfast and lunch on us at our Café any day of the week; I’ll even throw in a Complimentary Shoe Shine anytime you visit us on a Tuesday!
