Rob Williams is amazing! My husband and I walked into the dealership late last week to 'look & see' a Lexus prior to turning in my current Nissan Murano leased vehicle. Rob was interested in OUR needs and answered every question thoroughly. He gave us a fair deal and we are so pleased with the new 2012 RX350. At the time of pick-up, Rob greeted us, we toured your BEAUTIFUL facility and were introduced to the service department (WOW). We then 'dined' in your cafe and had great service there. Rob then escorted us to our new RX350 and thoroughly went through every detail of the vehicle - we could tell immediately that Rob knew his stuff!!!!!! The following day, I noticed I had forgotten to take off my personalized license plate frame. I called Rob who immediately 'dove' into the DUMPSTER to retrieve my frame! Can you believe this man???!!! What an OUTSTANDING employee you have, Mr. Chambers. We're true 'lifers' because of Rob. Thank you! More
Sal is a fantastic person to deal with. I pulled away in my new ES350 (my fourth vehicle from Herb Chambers) and did the unthinkable - I hit the curb and damaged my tires and wheels. I brought my '06 RX 400 in for a standard service and it was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for was discoverd that I needed a very expensive repair done on my rear "knuckles". With only 36k mileage, the warranty would have covered this but for the age it was technically out of warranty. The dealership management (Kristen Keough) found a way to make an exception for me. This we extremely appreciated and well outside of what most dealers would provide. In addition, I had the use of a new RX 300 for over a week as this process was being approved and the work done. I can't recommend this dealer more strongly. More

Having owned a 2002 RX300, I knew that I wanted another Lexus, but the learning curve of the new RX350 was quite fearful. Robert was exceedingly positive, patient, helpful and encouraging, taking an inordinate amount of time to cover every detail, complete with downloading my phone book and setting radio and satellite stations!!!!! And the helpfulness did not stop when I left the dealership as he has answered many questions by phone or email since, and I will expect that that will continue! I would also like to add that he introduced me to Patrick in the immaculate service department and encouraged my son and I to have a bite of lunch at the snack bar!!!!!!!!
