I recently leased a 300h. This is my second Lexus from Herb Chambers and I have to say that the service is second to none. I absolutely hated the idea of dealing with a car purchase until I went to Herb Chambers Lexus. I called ahead this time and Sanjay had every model I wanted to drive ready for me, Niko knew the terms of my last lease and had the terms and paperwork for the 300 done in no time and I was extremely happy to find that Kristen is still my service consultant - she is beyond professional. More than one thing struck me during this transaction...not only was it easy, but I had two of the three people I had dealt with four years earlier to count on. The only reason I didn't have the same team of three...my original salesperson had rightfully been promoted to business manager. I kid you not when I say that I had such a good experience, I manged to migrate my husband from what we now call "the ultimate sliding machine" (and this company will NOT come and help you up your driveway) to a Herb Chambers Lexus as well. The team worked effectively and did an excellent job of showing me all that Herb Chambers Lexus offers their customers. I was with my gf who had an afternoon commitment and I needed to get her home. Pressed for time, Rob Ross provided me a vehicle to drive my gf home so that she could get to her appointment and we could finish the paperwork. When I returned all of the paperwork had been executed, I only needed to sign. After the initial sales process was finished I sat down with Tim Mullin in the business department. Tim was conscientious and diligent and just as friendly as the rest of the Lexus team. Their hours are great, their follow up is impeccable and they certainly go the extra mile. I have never received such great after sales support and follow through. I cant imagine buying a car from someone else. I actually was an Acura driver that stopped at Lexus on the way home from Acura to have a look. The team at Herb Chambers in Sharon turned me into a Lexus driver and it started with Rob Ross! More

As far as the whole sales part of the deal, i would have to say top notch! I have never had an easier time buying a vehicle.
