A few months ago my wife decided we had to visit a Lexus dealer as our BMW lease was almost finished. We have several friends who drive a Lexus and they rave about their cars. So off we went to Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, 25 miles from our house. I had bought two other cars from a Herb Chambers dealership and thought we were always treated fairly. Hen we arrivewd we met Robert Williams whose friendliness and upbeat customer service attitude demonstrated his commitment to ensure a five star overall experience. He was easy to work with and we soon identified the exact car my wife wanted! She was happy (and I was happy!). Robert walked us through all the paperwork and took all the tension out of buying a car. Bravo, Robert! I recently needed another car and Robert was my first call. In no time, he found the used car I wanted and we had a deal! Once again he was a star and the dealership strives to meet the customer's needs in ever way...even the sandwiches they serve are tasty! I will certainly recommend Robert and this dealership to any of my friends looking for new vehicles. More
This was my first time to Lexus of Sharon and I was extremely impressed. Our salesperson, Rob, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me the SUV that I wanted. He did gave us his undivided attention until we came across a suitable SUV. I was specific on what I wanted and Rob honored that and did not try to talk me into something else. It was a busy afternoon with the finance dept. but Rob informed us of that and kept us posted as to how much longer it would be. We were kept very comfortable in the cafe. The day we picked up my car my husband and I were given a tour of the maintenance department which impressed us ever so much. I would definitely recommend Lexus of Sharon and know that I'm going to have many positive experiences with them in the future. All I have to say is WOW! Leah McCarthy More
I have been a Herb Chambers customer for 10 yrs. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and I have brought my Dad up from NY to buy his cars here. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Spiro who was purchased 4 cars from this dealership and I have brought my Dad up from NY to buy his cars here. I have purchased my last 2 cars from Spiro who was excellent. When my Dad recently visited from NY, he wanted to stop in to see if there were any cars he was interested in. I asked for my Spiro, but he was on a well deserved vacation. We ended up having Robert Williams assist us. Initially I was disappointed that Spiro was not there, but Robert Williams was excellent. He was so patient with my parents; was extremley helpful. He put in a tremendous amount of time and after he had my Dad all set up with his blue tooth and audio. we went home, only for me to screw it up the next morning before they headed back to NY. He offered to meet us at the dealership on his day off to help, but after an hour and a half, I was able to restore what he had done. I thought it was so thoughtful for him to even offer. Far and above what would have been expected. I feel like the Lexus dealership is family. Everyone I have come into contact with has treated me with nothing but respect. Whether it's sales, or service, (my service manager is Frank) everyone treats me great. I am a loyal Herb Chambers customer!! More
Robert was very knowlegeable of all available cars and options, ie leasing, new car purchase, deals going on, benefits of ceritfed cars,etc. He was professional and wanted to learn what I needed in a ve options, ie leasing, new car purchase, deals going on, benefits of ceritfed cars,etc. He was professional and wanted to learn what I needed in a vehicle not sell what he wanted to move. He provided many vehicles which would have met my needs and presented them all. He kept me well informed of the process, time needs, and provided me with refreshments and sandwich. One car I was interested in he went out of his way to suggest that I do not pursue because it was not meeting my criteria. The Smart Price made me feel I was paying a competative rate, I did not feel I was being swindeled. Overall the experience was positive. More

It was Dec. 27th, the Monday after Christmas Day. There were not many vehicles on the road and it looked like the whole state was shutting down due to the snow storm. When my husband and I arrived the dealership, my car was there ready for me and it was very impressive -- Robert took his promise really seriously. The salesman Steve Baker really knew the Lexus product inside out. He was very professional and friendly. Within 3 hours I had test driven the car and made the deal. Steve and the entire staff worked hard to get the car and extras that we wanted. I had several questions prior taking delievery of the car and they were very responsive and explained all my concerns fully. It was a get pleasure and we are very happy with the car. More
It was the worst retail experience I have ever had. I bought a pre-owned car & identified two major problems within the first two days (brakes and GPS). They denied there were issues because claimed the bought a pre-owned car & identified two major problems within the first two days (brakes and GPS). They denied there were issues because claimed they "could not replicate the problem". Finally, after 3 months the front end shook so hard and consistently that they could not deny it & finally fixed it, but only after my safety was at risk for 3 months! The GPS still doesnt work, and has not worked since I bought it. They led me to believe that they would fix the problem for a while, and then just said "sorry", after 3 months. They indicated that it would be too much money too fix. By that time, I was out of warranty. Now I realize why they delayed the process. If that wasnt enough, the pre-owned manager said he would take care of the situation, and then just decided he would not. A flat out liar. More
