With regards to your vehicle’s concerns, we were more than willing to address and repair your brakes at no cost to you regardless of the mileage at that time (94,459 miles). We also were able to verify the intermittent concern with your Navigation unit and reset it to operate at factory specifications at no cost to you. This, along with a vehicle’s brakes at 94,459 miles, was never a warrantable item. However, I’m glad we were able to address your worries and repair them, all at no cost to you.
