I scheduled an appointment, and Janine Ballarino was an excellent help. I came in very unprepared, knowing nothing of the out of state registration procedures, without a check. She helped with all of my questions(and there were quite a few), held the car for me, and arranged for it to be driven to my local DMV for registration and pickup. The entire experience was very pleasant, the location was beautiful, and there were no hidden fees or sales pressure. More

Danny resolved the situation and offered to have a service person drive to my home to replace it totally free of charge once the emblem was in stock.
