Sanjay Khairmode, my sales rep and primary point of contact, was stellar… from my first visit to test drive through the purchase and then delivery to my residence, he was exceptionally professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. Scott Brothers, sales manager, was efficient… he was reasonable and made it happen quickly. My total negotiation time occurred in less than three brief phone calls from home in the evening after my visit. Clayton Zak, finance manager, was diligent… he offered other purchase options then smoothly executed the paperwork while providing additional information throughout. The dealership, HC Lexus of Sharon, was unlike any other I have seen… spacious, spotless, and classy. Aside from the showroom floor, it felt more like a hotel than an auto dealership with lounges, business center, fireplaces, TVs, kids playroom, breakfast and lunch, and coffee bar. Sam Pellows is a truly unique man, the term car salesperson does not do him justice. Sam is a great combination of technical knowledge, social skills, tact, and professionalism. We like to buy late model certified vehicles with a lot of extras and he has devoted himself to finding those cars for us. Recently he even extended himself to help find a car for our daughter who could not afford anything typical of a Lexus dealership. When I met Spero I wasn't surprised why I was referred to him. From start to finish, it was a great car-buying experience and Spero played a key role in that experience. It went like this...I talked with Spero over the phone, told him what I was looking for and set up an appointment to go in to meet him. After a complete tour of the facility, which is quite amazing, Spero and I sat down and discussed what I was looking for and why, how I liked to do business and the fact that I didn't have a lot of free time to spend on the process. Spero spent quite a bit of time with me, understanding what was important to me before we discussed any vehicle options. We then took a few test rides, he answered the questions I had, and offered his perspective and experience. I chose the model and options I wanted and he then rounded up several options that met the criteria I'd established. We then met, worked through the pricing, and closed the deal. He then took charge of expediting the process and getting all the details organized so I didn't need to do much more than show up when my car was ready. Special ordered car from Spero in late August/early September. Picked up car on December 15th, 2012. Car delivered as ordered. Spero provided great customer service. Explained options on the car, helped set up the electronics of the navigation system and other technical features of the RX. He did a great job of estimating the time between placing the order and actual receipt. At time the order was placed, Spero estimated the car would reach the US port on November 30th and would be at the dealership one week later. We targeted picking up the car on December 15th. The timing was critical since we live in Roanoke, Virginia and were coming up to spend the holidays with my daughter who lives in North Attleboro, MA. Our daughter was buying our old RX. Our plan was to drive the 2008 RX up to MA and drive the new one home. I asked that tires with rim protectors be swapped for the normal tires and Spero made this happen. Also there was an issue with the hitch not being installed either at the manufacturer or at the port which is significantly less costly than having the hitch installed at the dealership. Spero went to bat for us and made sure the hitch was installed at the port with a last minute request to the manufacturer. The dealership also was very helpful in that they purchased my daughter's 2003 RX for a reasonable price which helped her to be able to buy our 2008 RX. Spero worked with us on clarifying temporary plates which helped me with the VA DMV. I would by another car from Spero. More

I never planned on visiting a Lexus dealership but they happened to have an F350 on their lot and I had been looking for one for my new business. Everyone I met was nice and I was surprised because I thought since I was buying a used Ford truck that I wouldn't get the same treatment as the Lexus buyers, I was wrong. They were beyond helpful and nice to me. The dealership is huge and I even got to have lunch at their cafe while I waited for my truck to be ready.
