He was not satisfied with the appearance of the auto and had it sent back. His professionalism and personality are superior. While I went to purchase winter mats, he stayed and spoke with my wife. When you work with him, you can be sure every "i" is dotted and "t" crossed. He is very thorough and makes sure you understand the process completely. Spero spent around 90 minutes in the delivery process, making sure we understood all the novelties of the luxurious auto. Again, it was a real pleasure dealing with HC Lexus and Spero. More

My GS350 was at the dealership for 16 days. Your techs couldn't Identify the issue. They ended up replacing the transmission. I wanted to let you know that this gentleman is a huge asset to your team and if you had more professionals like Danny your business would be even better. I felt very comfortable working with Danny and when I buy my next Lexus from Herb,and after this experience I will be buying it from you guys, I will only do so if Danny handles my car. You should consider your company very fortunate to have him working for you. Lexus of Northboro is 10 miles away and after my experience with Danny I wouldn't even consider visiting their lot. Danny Blinn is the perfect service rep! He made me feel as though I was his only customer and his biggest priority! He understands that his client's time is valuable and when he learned my car would take as though I was his only customer and his biggest priority! When the car took much longer than was originally anticipated, he kept me me appraised daily. When the part could not be found, Danny took it upon himself to check around and see if he could come up with one. Danny knew that I was concerned about the cost of the repair. Danny worked with Lexus to keep the cost down, telling me that I was a valuable customer. In short, Danny went far beyond what I would expect from a service rep and you are quite lucky to have him in your employ! Thanks to Danny, I will continue to service and purchase vehicles from Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon, despite the fact that there is a closer dealer to me on the South Shore in Norwell. I now live in New Canaan, Connecticut, a three hour drive from Herb Chambers of Sharon. But Danny is worth the trip . . . treat him well because he will retain customers for you as he has me.
