I purchased my 2007 ES350 from Les in February. He made the experience an enjoyable experience. There was no pressure at all through the entire purchase. Walking into Herb Chambers Lexus I was treated like royalty. I was asked by many people if needed anything water, snack. Everyone was so plesant. They were knowlegable about their cars and products.
