My car had to be towed to Sharon for an engine light problem. The young ladies that worked at the counter were extremely helpful ensuring I was contacted when my car arrived. I cam separately and the ladies ensured a car was available for me to use as they diagnosed the cars problems. My CSR rep was out for the day and they put me in touch with a gentleman by the name of Patrick. Patrick was amazing. He contacted me twice a day to make me aware of what was taking place with my car. He took the time to explain the details in laments terms and could not do enough to ensure I was content with what needed to be done. His type of leadership and respect makes a customer feel important. He is a great find. Don't loose him. Thank you Patrick for all your help. More
Helpful and friendly I first went in just to look at the models, I was planning on buying in the next week or so. Our experience at Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon was superior We just bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 and am loving it! Our experience at Herb Chambers in Sharon was non other than superior. We were very welcomed whe We just bought a 2016 Lexus RX 350 and am loving it! Our experience at Herb Chambers in Sharon was non other than superior. We were very welcomed when we first walked in. We felt very comfortable and were introduced to our salesperson, Victor Lemos. We liked him right from the start. He is very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. He was very patient and we never felt pressured. He brought us to the cafe and we were so impressed by what you offer your customers. Our last vehicle was a BMW which we bought in Norwood and never felt the hospitality or expertise that Lexus gave us. We would recommend this dealership highly. During the whole process, from beginning to end, I can't tell you how comfortable we were dealing with Victor Lemos. And honestly, he was the most outstanding salesperson we have ever dealt with. We will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle. More
Sam made things easy! I made an appointment to look at a pre-owned Volvo and was greeted by Sam at the front desk. Many times when I have gone to look at a used vehicle at I made an appointment to look at a pre-owned Volvo and was greeted by Sam at the front desk. Many times when I have gone to look at a used vehicle at a dealership that is not the same maker as the vehicle in question, I have often bee told by sales people "well you could probably tell me more about this car than I know". Sam had clearly taken the time to research the vehicle and was easily able to quote specifications of the car from memory and explain the controls of the vehicle. Negotiation were extensive but ultimately, we were able to reach the numbers I needed. Despite the store being incredibly busy and there likely being opportunities for other sales, Sam stayed with me until the transaction was complete. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Sam specifically to friends and family looking for a new Lexus or a pre-owned vehicle. More

Worst car experience EVER! 3/26/16 I purchased a 2016 Lexus LS460 from Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Prior to completing the transaction I noticed some scratches and a gouge in 3/26/16 I purchased a 2016 Lexus LS460 from Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Prior to completing the transaction I noticed some scratches and a gouge in the rear bumper and a dent/ding above the driver's side headlight. The salesperson stated that he would get the bumper replaced and fix the dent/ding. When I went to pick up the car the gouge had been fixed, but there were more scratches on the rear bumper, new scratches detectable on the front bumper and the ding/dent had not been touched. In addition, the car had not been waxed, there was a plastic sleeve still on under the front bumper and plastic from the doors stuck in the track of every window. The salesperson brought the car to service to have the bumpers touched up and told me that the ding/dent would be too much body work and too expensive for them to fix. We asked to speak to the sales manager who was completely apathetic and would not exchange the car we purchased for another but did offer to replace the rear bumper on the car I purchased with a bumper off of a new car when they received one in the same color. When I told them this was completely unacceptable for a $80k car and that I wanted our $15k deposit back they had us speak with financing. Only then did they offer to try and get us a new vehicle but it was too late and I did not trust how they would "assemble" the "new car". I was told that it would be 2-3 weeks before I would get my money back and that they would be deducting the taxes paid to the state from the check. The finance director told me that it would be my responsibility to "chase the state for the return". Completely unacceptable for a luxury car dealership. UPDATE 3/28/16: I received my $15k back from the dealership but only after they realized that if they dragged out the negotiations any longer they would have to sell the car as "pre-owned" instead of "new". Never even got a call from the General Manager like I was promised by the salesperson. When I called the GM to tell him how disappointed I was that he couldn't take the time to call me and hear my side of the ordeal, he acted like I was inconveniencing him. He couldn't even muster up a sincere apology. Obviously the apathetic attitude comes from the top. The only person there I would deal with again is Sam Li in finance. He was a stand-up guy and the only person there who was honest, sincere, apologetic and helpful. Lastly, I called the "Talk to Herb" corporate number and sent an email to it when I got home on the 26th. In addition, I called the line again today, the 28th, looking to speak with someone there about my experience and was told that I needed to go through the GM. When I told them I wanted to speak to someone higher, the operator took my name and number. I never got a call back from anyone from corporate. For those of you who don't know, Mr. Chambers got into the car business after having a horrific experience at a Caddy dealer and did not want others to have a similar experience... Certainly seems like Mr. Chambers forgot why he got into the car business.... More
