No pressure I knew I wanted to buy a car, but kept putting it off after getting a hard sell a year earlier at a different Lexus dealership. Then someone told me a Herb Chambers dealership wouldn't treat me that way. I ended up with Jose Oliveira and couldn't have been happier! He was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. He helped me work through what I wanted in a new car and my budget. Then they gave me a fair trade on my old car. I drove away very happy and have already recommended Jose to three people. If I can recommend him to my family, I can definitely recommend him to anyone! More

My concerns become Rob concerns and he works very hard to make sure that I am pleased with the resolution of these concerns. Rob is very knowledgeable and when I pick up my vehicle, he explains my vehicle's features extremely well. After the sale, he stays in touch to see if I have any concerns or questions (really!). Service manager doesn't understand the meaning of customer s This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought th This is my 3rd leased RX 350 in the last 6 years. My hazard light button fell into the dashboard when I went to turn on my hazard lights. I brought the car to Herb Chambers to have it repaired. It's a 2015 RX with approximately 28,000 miles on it. My service advisor told me it would cost $250 to remove the radio so they could determine what was wrong. She said I must have pushed the button too hard and that's why it broke. She said it wasn't covered under warranty. I asked to speak with the service manager, Tina. Tina stated the same thing and would not cover the service under the warranty. I told Tina I would write a bad review and report it to Lexus. I then took the car to Lexus of Watertown and they fixed the problem which was covered under the warranty. I will never return to Herb Chambers Lexus! More
