Robert Williams is an excellent salesman: friendly, courteous, no pressure. He worked diligently at trying to find the right car for his client, i.e., me, based on my needs and as a result, I bought a courteous, no pressure. Omar was excellent. I wish I paid less but I'm sure most customers feel same way too. I am very concerned about the following issues, that have nothing to with Omar. Compass does not work Auto wiper most customers feel same way too. I am very concerned about the following issues, that have nothing to with Omar. Compass does not work Auto wipers do not work Car has a rubbing / grinding sound in right side on some bumps and when turning into a slight incline. Not sure who certified this car, but clearly they needs retraining. Not at all up to Lexus standards. I have had five Avalons and a previous Lexus from you....never had any of these issues in the past. Omar is aware and have faith / hope he will have all these issues corrected. When I bring the car in Friday. I don't want to have to return in the 30 day period for these awful issues, but this is unacceptable. FYI...I trade every year at around 65,000/70,000 miles. I had a very pleasurable experience with Lexus of Sharon. I called in the morning to confirm that a 2011 Acura RL was available.I was forwarded to Madison who scheduled me to come in and see Spero Coston. I I called in the morning to confirm that a 2011 Acura RL was available.I was forwarded to Madison who scheduled me to come in and see Spero Coston. I met Spero, took the car for a test drive, discussed the dealership as this was first experience with Lexus of Sharon. Spero did an appraisal on my trade. I have been looking for some time to put a deal together so I had a reasonably good idea of what my vehicle was worth. I told Spero what I was looking to spend and although he couldn't get to my price he got close enough and after about 90 minutes from the time I arrived at the dealership we had a deal completed. I returned at 4:30 and drove my "new" Acura RL home. Spero and the other folks at Lexus were a pleasure to do business with. When I'm looking for my next car I will start with Lexus of Sharon. I had been to few places for my new lexus es300h and noticed that the sales staff were neither friendly nor willing to work with their customers. Herb Chambers has more choice and very welcoming.
