The service center is professional and customer focused from the time the service doors open to let you in until you leave after service is complete. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon. Their customer service is amazing, they make you feel welcome and apart of their "family". Robert Williams is an excellent salesman: friendly, courteous, no pressure. He worked diligently at trying to find the right car for his client, i.e., me, based on my needs and as a result, I bought a courteous, no pressure.
