Tell him what you want and what your budget it, and he will make it happen. No give/take negotiations. He takes time to show you every feature of the car and is follows up religiously after the sale. I had a 2009 Lexus 350 in for service and was approached by a woman who asked if I would be interested in having my vehicle appraised and to look at the new Lexus 350. I agreed and was very pleased to have Don show me a new vehicle and explain all the new features. Last week when I was ready to purchase a new Lexus I contacted Don and made an appointment to meet with him to see what we could do. He explained the financing even though originally I said I wanted to pay cash. I am glad I did this because I ended up going into the new 1 pay program which was explained further by Clayton Zak. I called and spoke to Cheryl Swanton, she was nice and set me up an appointment with Sandra Zeica. We got to the dealership, it is a Majestic building, though I do feel when you enter, the doors should open on their own, like Ta Da, to call attention to the fact that..your about to have an amazing experience! We were greeted at the front desk by Sandra and escorted to her desk. Having met Sandra for the first time we found her to be professional but friendly, easy to talk to and work with, exceeding our expectations! After spending some time with us and going through our concerns she quickly came up with information and suggestions for our needs. With great assistance from Sandra, it was within an hour we had come to a conclusion of what we wanted to purchase, she made it that simple and comfortable for us. While Sandra had stepped away to get us a contract to sign, a gentleman in the showroom came over to me and said, "did I hear you say your 60 years old", I said yes, he said you don't look it, I said that's because I drive a Lexus and have been for the last 13 years. Although the dealership is quite a distance from my home it is worth the trip because when you make an appointment you are always taken on time. My service provider, Frank Cardinale, is without question the best service manager. He never recommends anything I really don't need but does recommend essentials and always knows what is needed. Not only that, but when the car is ready he goes over it carefully and cleans up whatever what left undone. Also, my car is always immaculately clean when it is finished - a delightful plus. And the customer lounge makes waiting for your car a pleasure. Stay away from Watertown Lexus where you are treated as if you don't belong. I wanted to buy a Lexus and had a check in my bag and although there were about seven salesmen in the showroom not one offered to help me so I left. I wrote to the owner about my experience and never even got a reply. At Herb Chambers Lexus in Sharon I received a completely different and refreshing experience. Spero Coston was my salesman but never did I feel he was selling anything. He was honest and genuine. Being in Sales myself, these are qualities I look for in another salesmen. He listened to my needs, and never once did i feel i was being forced into a deal.
