After breaking down in the middle of the night and having my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny contacted me as soon as he got into work the next day and bent over backwards my car towed to Lexus I knew I was in for a difficult few days. Danny had someone come to pick me up at work and take me to the dealership so that I could have a loaner car for the rest of the day. Danny made sure to explain what work needed to be done to the car and got the work done so I could pick up my car the following day. At this point the pressure picked up a bit; he really wanted a commitment on the spot. The good news is that he wanted the commitment so much that he made me an excellent offer, which I accepted the next day, and Sam P. came in on his day off to seal the deal. Of all the dealerships I visited, three in total, Herb Chambers seemed to be trying the hardest to make the deal work. After we came to terms, Zak helped me decide on a number of optional extras. Zak was very low pressure, and he was helpful in explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each option. One I took extended the warranty and lowered my interest rate, which seemed like a good deal all around. All in all, I was pleased that Herb Chambers of Sharon had the color and interior I wanted, the price was right, and the process went very smoothly. I just finished my breakfast while working on your WIFI and the service was complete. When I went down to get my car it was also washed and vacuumed!
