Great experience- stress free! The dealership is beautiful! I wanted a preowned Lexus 460 LS so I called Herb Chambers and learned that they had several from which to choose. When I arrived I was greeted by several people and Nick approached me to ask if he could help. I explained what I wanted and he went right to work to show me the inventory. He was so personable and exuded honesty and integrity which are two important characteristics to me. I decided on two cars and we sat down to negotiate the price. They analyzed my current Lexus and told me what I could pay to get a newer car. I left as the vehicles had not been ready to sell. During the next week Nick called twice to give me an update on the status of the cars, I was impressed with his willingness to keep me apprised of the status of the vehicles. We made an appointment to see the two cars and there was absolutely no pressure to select either of them. Nick was truly a gentleman and a wonderful person with whom to do business.
